Orion Web Design ("we," "us") is a sole proprietorship based in Belleville, Illinois. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, and phone number, when you email us, fill out a form, or call us.
- Call and message records. When you call a phone number we operate, we record the calling number, the time of the call, any voicemail you choose to leave, and any text messages exchanged with that number.
- Basic website data such as the pages visited and the browser used, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to send the single text message you requested when a call could not be answered, to deliver our services to business clients, and to keep required records. We do not sell personal information.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS consent are used only to send the messages you asked for. Information may be shared with service providers who deliver messages and calls on our behalf (for example, our telecommunications provider), solely to provide the service.

Services we run for business clients
When we operate a missed-call text-back line on behalf of a business client, we act as that business's service provider. Call records and messages are shared with that business so it can respond to you, and the business's own privacy policy also applies.
Retention
Voicemail recordings are deleted within 30 days. Call and message logs are kept as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then deleted.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
